exists for your sake! Our purpose is to fulfill God’s will on this
earth, which culminates in your knowing Christ as Lord and Saviour. (2 Peter 3:9 -The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men
count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any
should perish, but that all should come to repentance.)
God has manifested his love to you by allowing his children to
remain on this earth so you may know God as God. If

today. God’s word is not just a theology book; it also records accurate
scientific data that man did not discover until many centuries after God
declared it. Consider the Wind Systems founded by William Ferrel, (1856)
who discovered the winds in the northern hemisphere deflected to the
right, while those in the southern hemisphere deflected to the left,
(known as Ferrel’s Law). But did you know that God declared this
scientific fact in Ecclesiastes 1:6, some
2700 years before man discovered it? There are many other scientific facts

an environment in which families will learn God’s word, being able to
give an answer to the unbelievers. (1 Peter 3:15-

the very onset, each member is encouraged to be a “vessel meet for
the master’s use". (2 Tim 2:21)
This results in each member being effective in their service to God,
walking with the Lord continually, with the ultimate goal of bringing
glory to the Father. When this is achieved in the lives of God’s
children, people around us will know God as God, (John 17:1-4), and will
make the right choice with this question, “What will I do with Jesus”? HBC
exists to bring all to the question, “What will I do with Jesus?” and
then giving all the support and information that ALL will accept Christ as
Lord and Saviour, hence knowing, they will spend eternity in heaven. DO
